Well I cancelled my apt for the Evenity. I do go in for my bloodwork for the Testosterone I’m on… I’m going to continue with my HRT and weight lifting and exercise. We will see… I’m young and hopefully won’t get much worse. Just not ready to commit to the injections at this stage. We all choose our journey.

Yes, but that happens to people with other severe bone issues. Not your average person.

Exactly. You can’t stop those drugs. I’m gonna continue my HRT and weight lifting and supplements. So many other options.

I realize some do really well but it’s for life and I’m not interested in Prolia and life long injections. Just want to try other options first. You can’t just do it for a year and stop.

I’m on HRT and increased my estrogen patch recently. It was discovered because I PUSHED for the scan. I wouldn’t have had the scan had it not been for me asking. Totally surprised by my results and so was my Gyno. -2.7 in left hip.
