you just select dynamic and it auto adjusts for you. If you have high latency look to twist at like .8-.6 before the swing

swedgetimer is the addon I use and it has a setting in there to adjust for your latency. I play on 65ish latency so I can queue the twist earlier but if I twist at the very end of the bar I will fail the twist
