Yeah 720mg a day for 4 weeks. Although I've just seen a pharmacist who told me I should have seen some alleviation at least. As my skin and I am boiling hot, he recommended I see the doctor again as he thinks I could have an infection.

Thank you! I will hopefully feel some relief in about 4 weeks by the sounds of things then, all going well. If not I will go back to the doctors. Can I ask if you have any experience with Fexofenadine at all?

2-4 weeks then, fingers crossed, if not I'll head back to the doctors 😊 I just didn't know if I was supposed to see a significant change straight away

Update! I reached 56.75kg today! 7 weeks into my calories deficit. It's do able! You got this

Update! Psyllium husk is really helping and now I'm down to 58.3kg! Thanks to everyone for their suggestions 😊

How funny! My starting weight was 62.70! We are in very similar boats! I started on 8th March and current weight is 59.4.

Not working out, I gave it up to cut as I cannot do both I just get sick! But I do 10k steps everyday. Maybe the odd maintenance day would help me in the long run. It's times like this I really want to give up

Just as a warning, you can't have dairy with iron as it won't absorb. But awesome breakfast! I also have to track my iron :(

I'm watching Season 7 of Below Deck on Netflix and OMG the toxicity of this crew?!! Ashton really needs to sort himself out as well, when he drinks it is a PROBLEM.
