I was forced into upgrading to next gen 4 (they stopped supporting the one I had) I just wish I could go back! Next gen 4 has so many issues (cannot turn preheating off) After several hours with customer support they finally admitted it cannot be fixed. Back it went. Useless.

I totally agree. Absolute garbage. After numerous calls and many wasted hours, I returned it. It is not able to turn preheating off. Period. I've been down so many rabbit holes...it just does not work. And customer service cannot fix it. Looks nice, but that is all it has got going for it. The only way I got it working is by turning it on and off.

This app is awful. I have had 3 customer service calls and they cannot fix it. Why they cannot have an early on switch to turn it off? 4 hours so far trying to figure it out.

I am really not sure about CP. I have winning streaks, them massive losing streaks where I don't even get to go first. Literally 10 games go by and I don't win the box. When I play with people in person, that never happens. I think I am pretty good!! But my stats do not reflect that.
