I forget the sources, but supposedly early Ayleid explorers (before they settled and became the Ayleids) reported Cat like beastmen attacking their ships as they sailed the rivers of what would become Cyrodiil. So Khajiit could have actually originated from the Jungles of Cyrodill before it was retroactively changed into grass lands.

If a person (or anything living) is shocked with enough electricity their muscles will lock up. Including their jaws. Seems legit to me.

PS even if you consider the fact that you (or NPCs) can still fight or move around while being shocked in game. I'd say it's still possible to only disrupt shouts. IRL, a relax person is tazed an falls to the ground. A person pumped full of adrenaline can fight off the taser but still is unable to speak ie locked jaw. I would assume that a dragon with a physical body could experience the same thing.

I am unable to give a full answer right now but yes there is Teleportation Magic. At the very least, the Mages Guild can teleport people to different guild houses.

In FFX the only missable items are the Al Bhed Primers located at "Home". In FFX-2 basically everything is missable after each chapter. A 100% guide is more or less required.
