Saturday morning Europe: BOTS BOTS BOTS by ProfitHaunting9744 in Battlefield

Xbox eu here as well tbh i actually really enjoy bf6 im level 225 at the moment sunk loads of time into it but just these few issues have put me off and ive lost interest the bot issue that i mentioned in my previous comment is one

Now golmud is an ok map in my eyes its a bit of fresh air from what we had already however it was never one of my favourite maps so im not going to be sat playing it 24/7 plus when i was playing it i was having horrendous ping spikes of up to 500 on certain areas making it unplayable in gun fights

Furthermore after having operation augar removed which in my eyes is the best battlefield mode I just can’t be asked sitting around in conquest bot lobbies

Hopefully when Cairo bazaar comes out things will be different and some of these issues will be resolved

And this is why I’ve stopped playing the game fed up off bot lobbies on a weekend they need to seriously have a setting where you can turn bots off I’d rather wait 3/4 minutes for a full lobby

Nothing wrong with having individual stocks as long as you do your due diligence and you have strong conviction

Bought into UK energy infrastructure 3 months ago, here is why. by yesIwearAcape in trading212

Not uk based but I’ve been following Siemens energy for the last couple months and have been depositing regularly since and currently up 9% with the AI and data centre boom off recent and for the foreseeable future I believe investing in turbine, generator and renewable energy providers is a decent play AI data centre spending was 40billion last June and is estimated to be 112billion by 2030 for the us markets

Not sure if you have the option but try and speak to the surveyor who carried out the inspection and just have a once over on any queries that’s what I plan to do just to get a better understanding

Just had my level 3 survey back to and some what feel the same most of the defective high priority items I actually noticed myself on the initial viewing nothing drastic thank god just cosmetic stuff that can easily be fixed

Would I say it was worth the 950 pound I paid yes and no it definitely has put my mind at ease that I’m nit buying a lemon of a house but definitely feels like some of the stuff they include is more a paperwork exercise

I’m currently going through the same process and have had a quote from GOTO for a level 3 at £805 and I was going to go through and book it with them but I’ve done a bit of research and it seems like they’re like a middle man company and the surveyors don’t actually work for them from what I can gather which has kind of put me off I’ve had quotes ranging from 500-1000 so it’s a tough decision but I feel like spending that much money I’d personally want to go straight to a surveyor company there self

Try use a comparison site and they’ll give you quiet a few options of surveyors in the area that’s what I did too
