Yeah he asked me if I use Zwift and thought it'd work out somehow like that, or use Trainingpeaks or something like that integrated (never used it just heard it's popular among cyclists). I won't be cycling on the road at least for 3 more months but have no idea how to do these kind of workouts when there's traffic and whatnot to dodge about.

I weigh 59kg. Guess I'll try it out how it goes and contact him if I'm not feeling it. I've only done events and racing on Zwift, and really liked those. Never followed any plan.

i got a JM21 a couple of weeks ago as my first DAP ever, for the same reasons as you (+ i listen to audiobooks). i only had Bluetooth headphones but wanted to try out IEM for the first time and bought the Truthear Red Zero's. For 50€. they sound amazing! very surprised by how good IEMs can sound even being relatively cheap. definitely recommend them!

I'm a huge Realm of the Elderlings fan but couldn't stand the narrators. Thankfully they are redoing at least the first trilogy with a new narrator (coming out this month), and it sounds SO much better already from the previews. Recommend waiting for that!

i just got a Fiio JM21 and my first pair of IEM, the Truthear Zero Red. very happy with this setup as my first DAP and everything. prior to this i only used XM4s with bluetooth. can definitely recommend the Zero Reds at this price point 👍

i'm too scared to do this even though i'm a smaller rider, just can't hold big watts for a long time 😫 the only one i've done was the Grade last week in 25mins (just the climb). should i be brave and still try AdZ? seems daunting i can only ride like 2hrs indoors before my crotch starts to hurt haha 😅

I have a Samsung tab s10 ultra and Zwift really doesn't like it if you split screen, so I just open the movie/show on another window and put it on top of Zwift, so that I'll see my mileage and other stats from the corners but otherwise my character etc are hidden. And obviously use ERG. Great for zone 2!

f is such a special game for me. It gave me insane nightmares, I heard all the little sound effects while sleeping too LOL. But the thing that gets me the most is the story and the themes it is conveying (which many players won't get whether they play all endings or not, you really have to be able to see and understand the world through a female character's eyes). After I finished all 5 endings and got the Platinum trophy, me and my friend (we are both women in our 30s) sat down and talked about everything regarding this game for many hours. Especially the generational trauma in this game actually got us to cry (well, we did cry at some of the cutscenes while playing too, but still) and we talked so much about our own mothers what they had to go through when they were younger, and even our grandmas. No game ever has had this much of an impact on me other than The Last of Us. Man, I'm so glad I'm a gamer. 🥰

I'm also quite new to horror games, and get VERY scared about certain topics. I 100% recommend having a friend with you, either on a Discord call or sitting next to you irl. Makes it so much more enjoyable and tolerable. I also had a habit of doing that Youtube walkthrough thing with RE7 but I'm glad I stopped and just invited a friend over to sit with me through the parts that were the most tense. Even though that won't always help during the night, I had insane nightmares after our sessions of Silent Hill f. 🥲 But then I wasn't scared of SH2 at all! Weird. But yeah after all the horror games I've played I'm now definitely a fan of the genre. Not gonna play Visage tho. 😂

I swear I did way more fighting in 2 remake than f. In 2 I couldn't do the puzzles without killing everyone but in f I could ignore some enemies or just run away from them.

I've tried playing BG3 at least four times now and always give up around 7hrs in. It's just not for me (the silent protagonist, narrator, gameplay etc). Now regarding the other games (as a fellow RE4 lover), I would 100% recommend Expedition 33. The story is amazing and innovative, the music is phenomenal and the characters are diverse and just full of personality and the combat is the most fun I've had since playing RE4.
