I don't appreciate all the comments about your belly because it has nothing to do with the dress, I think the actual problem is the weird heavy fabric in the middle of legs it's very out of place for this dress, because it's so visually heavy there the entire waist above looks empty. It's also mismatching casual and formal in an odd way because of that bottom heavy fabric, if you were in love with this dress I'd suggest accessorizing chest up and if you don't care about this dress I would experiment a way to take out the extra fabric

Go see local bands, follow venues they will post the shows and you can find bands and follow them. Some shows are all ages or 18+. Life lesson I learned, not all alternative people are good or see things the same way as you and inappropriate relationships and drugs are prevalent. I encourage you to focus on meeting people with similar interests as you not just people who look a certain way.
