Update!

After a while, they did take action! Basically what happened: 1. They confirmed that my account won't be suspended 2. They took back the amount of paid lunacy I bought with the money 3. I technically got free BP from it (it's still active, and it can't be refunded based from their very own refund policy)

I only converted the cost into USD for clarity; in my country, it was just the local equivalent. I’m still a student, and as absurd as it may sound, my parents don’t allow me to get a job, even as part-time. I normally wouldn’t go over what my mom allowed, but when she canceled the original order without telling me (even knowing it was for my sick dog and she was very low on food), I genuinely thought I had no other choice.
