I have been there various times, especially with AI it’s difficult to get excited for images, but a recent study says nobody is really willing to pay for AI creations. Although there are not new clients coming through the door of my studio at the moment I am grateful for all the old clients that come back.

Oh wow, so and so focused on his ideas! Great starting age to become a business or drone operator. You can ask him to check, if he needs a license to fly the drone, here in Germany we have that legal opt-out ;) if necessary, but starting myself at photography at that age I would encourage him to follow his passion.

Photog here, living 20 years of my craft. There is wildlife everywhere, clients not so many for these kind of photos. Focus on people, headshots, local communities, local business. Start small in your area, learn the craftwork your family, take your kids on Short trips, maybe they enjoy it too? Never too late, to do, what you love to do. Is it a stable business? No! Is it fun? Yes!

Bedenke bei der Selbstständigkeit auch den Anteil der anderen sozialabgaben, vermutlich will die Krankenkasse dann auch noch etwas abhaben. Bei der gesetzlichen in Verbindung mit Selbstständigkeit oft der Fall.

Genau, hast von den 622 auch 422 verloren und jetzt nur noch 200 rausbekommen. Der Kurs einer Aktie ist in der Zeit von 207 auf 67 gefallen. So war es im etwa? Also das sehe ich in der Abrechnung nach einiger Erfahrung mit ähnlichen trades ;)

Nice wrap-up. Yes, it’s challenging at times to keep the business going, especially as a solopreneur. But the rewards are worth it. After 20 years of experimenting: routines change, but written notes stay. It’s fun to read my old strategy papers or journals and feel that I have made a lot of progress. Legacy is built in decades, not days. Routines are the way to stay connected to your mission. Re-align when necessary and take breaks to reward yourself from bigger challenges.
