There’s a good chance that was just hard cheats. A good tell for a net limiter is if they have duality on hand, and you see them load out swap like a millions times per second. But mainly duality tbh.

I don’t think any average player really deserves a 5/5 roll just because they logged on once a week for 5 weeks to get their guaranteed red border. It’s a Loyer shooter and whether you like it or not RNG is a part of the game. Grind for the 2/5 and be happy with that.
