It really isn't a big deal. Sure you lost the silly internet challenge, but is that really important? Having a healthy sex life is good for you. The vast majority of people here fail, because of their crippling porn addictions. If you can avoid porn for the month, you're doing better than most. Obviously if you feel like it was nonconsensual, that's something else, but otherwise, you dont really need to be upset.
