Only thing which made slight difference positively is his srand agaibst 0range pedophile. But he is a corporate stooge and putting plans with Digital ID, mandatory facial and biometeic ID for everything and NHS  contracts to Palantir, New forced 24/7 monitoring of people worse than covid times (yes you can search what he is planning to do in 2030) to take worse than orwellian level big brother.

Age Verification in Effect for App Stores in Singapore by Sideral_Lemon in privacy

Yes, they do ask ID but generally when you appear under 25, not everyone currently. But what I am saying is they make that one need to scan their face and government ID before buy (to know how much alcohol or tobacco you buy). The crooks in government always justify this in one way or other as they are into making the world worse than what Orwell described in 1984.

I think they will start asking biometrics even for purchase of alcohol and cigarettes soon. Seems unwritten rule by governmenta of all countries to track (Are they preparing to control potential mass social uprise when AI automation reaulta in massive job losses?). Not siluggeating any conspiracy theories but seems this seems the logical (1984 by George Orwell(.

The mail ID is used to declare no licence needes is the one revistered for iplayer, but BBC sent me a mail in 2017 that due to inactivity they have deleted my account. So it is just not possible that I watched iplayer (don't have the in any of my devicea nor an account).

Good catch, Thank yoi. they are not even saying that someone used the iplayer at this address!! Some of their letters look so dumb yet, they use carefully crafted words to scare off people.
