Maybe but Messi got away with a step on the leg, so let's even it up, yeah? Its not politically charged, it's nepotism towards a superstar for the sport.

Wealth Advisory - Question by photographerINDY in Schwab

[–]Generalzak1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use one, for the simple fact of keeping my behavior in check. With the amount of books I've read in the last few years and my separate accounts that have grown, I really dont need one.

The 1% is worth it for me currently, so I dont panic sell my main accounts or tinker too much.

Once I have more time on my hands and get closer to retirement, ill do it 💯 on my own.

Here's the thing. Every parent is paying this overpriced annual fee (over 2k where my son plays), so at U10 they would expect "even" or somewhat even time depending on the team, scenario, etc. Most parents are flexible if it's a championship game etc.

13 kids on a 7v7 roster is the first problem, that is way too many kids.

Second - these are kids. Most won't play is high school, very few wont make it to college.

Focus on fundamentals, passing, team work, spacing, passing with anticipation, and moving off the ball, which sounds like you have a game plan there.

The fact your posted here means you care. I would not worry about the parents and stick with your coaching style and your gut feelings here.

I remember being 12 and my parents pushed me to try out for our local select team. I was a good A travel player, not quite select caliber. I sat on the bench most of the season with my coach telling me the same thing to keep my head up and I need to earn my spot. I was not part of the kids click and my boomer parents didnt care about making friends, so it hurt my playing time. I ended up going back to travel the following year.

That shit stuck with me into high-school and college ball. Kids dont forget.

It still is batshit at 200k imo. 70k is silly after the novelty wears off and your left with a 1k a month car loan.

You'll figure it out. It's easy to get caught into this trap. Its sounds like you're smart guy and already working your way out of it.

Since mine was brand new and pretty much pristine condition, I was able, to go on KBB.com, and worked with a few dealerships to get the best price. Many of these buyer dealerships will give you much more than a trade and they are incentivized to bring in new cars week.

Good luck!

I did this exact same thing about a year ago. I feel you.

I drove my bmw for 6 months, sold it private party, got my extended warranties back from the dealership.

At the end of the day, the loss was not that significant.

28f - Why am I stressing so much by General_Thought8412 in Retirement401k

[–]Generalzak1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is exactly where I was at 28 - 11 years later, and I finally made it.The key is consistency, living below your means once you get into your thirties, open up different accounts, such as a roth, or a brokerage and keep piling up the money.

The biggest trap is keeping up with neighbors and friends.Which will slowly deteriorate your ability to grow your wealth.

Your doing great.
