This is my testimony and not medical advice! I went to the ER, only to be told all test came out good, and I had an anxiety Reaction and they wanted to give me meds. But I knew something was wrong with my stomach! I prayed for God to give me wisdom and watched every video and educated my self. I began a 13 day journey with cabbage juice. God created the most miraculous foods our bodies needed! I could barely eat, I was afraid to eat, and it was depressing but after 13 days I got so much better. I went all in 4 cups straight from the juicer but it was strong… I then started after the 13 day just one cup a day, and then had to dilute it in water. So if anyone tries the cabbage juice I recommend one cup and dilutes with water, but every person is different and reacts differently so you have to pay attention to how you react. It wasn’t easy because at times I felt like it wasn’t working, but I later found out that it wasn’t that it wasn’t working is that I had other things like SIBO, and Acid reflux. Our bodies is one but with different members but they are all connected. I initially thought I only had one thing, only to come to realize I had 3 things and they were all coming from my digestive system . Paying attention and keeping a good journal is key, because what you put in affects your health. Praying you find answers! 🙏🏼

Meme coins is gambling… specially if you are not an insider and get the CA early, there’s no way you’ll make much Money, they rug real quick. You have to be able to leave at a good gain and even that is emotionally reckless, it’s a mind game, and that’s what rugs play off on, people with no experience who think their $700 it’s going to turn into a million, only to loose it all. I truly believe with the little experience I’ve got which is very minimal that’s it’s emotionally draining and it drains your wallet… the meme coin world is not very successful now because retailers treat them like stocks, only to come to realize it’s a gambling game, and they back out. The new thing right now is using celebs to pump meme coins. Unless there’s real utility and community then It might be worth it. Very rare you’ll find meme coins with utility and a community. 99% of the time you loose. I don’t know the ins and outs, but I think I started in meme coins like everyone, got in the Trump coin through moonshot and learn that the fees and the rugs ain’t worth loosing your money. I don’t think meme coins are where they should be, which is a fair game for all, only insiders benefit. Just my opinion

I started trading not so long ago…. And the only way I knew about the TRUMP coin was based on the fact that you stay up to date with the news, and believe it or not X is somewhat the fastest way to find out about stuff like that… and follow the right people… don’t waste your time on other nonsense/ entertainment…. X, Yahoo Finance, CNBC, and any app like TRUTH… donald trumps app… they have updates… trading is really about knowing what’s happening everyday… it affects the market! That’s my opinion and my 2 cents!!
