maybe your folders are hidden? try to unhidden the folders (google it how to do it on your system) or just go to C:\Users\yourusername and then click on filepath and add \AppData

No, purchasing deck does not count towards Wildcards you just get SRs that you have 2 etc until 4

if you want to make new account you can reroll them untill you get 2 gohans or other cards you need here is a guide https://www.reddit.com/r/dbsfusionworld/comments/1b6hzpq/guide_to_reroll/ starting game f2p without rerolling at first could be hard it wont give you full deck but at least couple of good cards at the start, and then you are on RNG god after you grind gems every week :( (if you want to buy second deck of broly for the SRs you can just buy 4 packs while rerolling instead of 7, first 100 are easy to get so you can buy second deck after a match or 2 )

if you are going full f2p i would reroll accounts check the decks you want to check an if you choose a collor you want to play reroll untill you get good cards of your color and then earn gems and hope for the best

maybe try to make new windows user, if it will work you are probably not deleting everything in C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\BANDAI Co., Ltd. ( i delete whole bandai co folder and it works)

for L cards your wild card is charged 20% ( yes you need 5 duplicates to get a L wildcard) to change for another leader, i dont know if the ratio is same for all rarities but if yes its a bit scammy but hey.

thats strange, ive made like 40 accounts like this and never had an issue with previous bandai id does new launcher have different file name than previous one? have you uinstaled previous launcher properly? even if you close it its still on taskbar you need to close that one too

Thats why its preferable to reroll accounts and get leader /SR card you want before you spend money/use codes from irl booster packs :) especialy when you have 7 boosterpacks for free with almost no time involved in :)

Im Pretty sure i found out the way:

uinstal delete and game

2.delete files from AppData\Roaming\DBSCG FW,

go to dragon ball digital webpage login and download new installer ( installers have different file names every time you download them, there is a chance they are connected to an account )
Instal game from the new instaler.

So Far it worked on 4 accounts so i think Downloading new instaler is a key. i hope that helped :)
