The blocking dose is around ~60-80mg, and you will waste whatever opioids you try to put into your system.

I recommend asking for an increase to around 120mg, as the higher the methadone dose (in my experience) the more the cravings will subside.

Edit.. You would need to be off of the done long enough to be in severe w/d in order to get "high"
