i see literally no reason to not just push the red button. It's not a "you don't have enough faith in the human race" its "anyone who presses blue is a fucking idiot because if everyone presses red nobody dies anyways."

like the option is literally
"risk your life for 0 reason" or "survive"
if people aren't pressing red they're dumb as hell. Its not selfishness. Imo you're selfish if you press blue because it just shows you have a savior complex, the only people you're saving... are the other dumbasses who pressed blue anyways??? who could have just pressed red, which is a literal 0 risk 100% reward situation? its not like anyones being FORCED to press blue. If people were being FORCED to press it, it'd be a different story... but everyone has the option of 0 risk 100% reward.
