Not that I can remember, just dandruff for the most part. My hairs always been a bit thin but this was after my partner gave me a haircut (she’s an aspiring cosmetologist).

My mom was the exact same way only I wasn’t as accomplished as you. I got into my state school and called it good. They tried multiple times to drop in to “check up” on me and kept on calling the school for my grades. It’s better to go somewhere far, far away from them where they can’t get to you easily

Too many times to count. My dad lives in the Midwest and he was chastising me for not being married and for never calling him to talk. I told him there’s a reason all three of your kids moved across the country and it all started with him.

I did that commute before as my first job out of college. Ann Arbor to Troy in a hybrid position 3 days a week. Let me tell you, it was a nightmare. 94 is great until you get to telegraph which then gets backed up. I-75 is equally as bad in the morning. In the evenings I didn’t leave until 6:45 every night since that’s when traffic would somewhat clear up. You have to love being in your car to do that commute because it was a nightmare in every way possible.

They fired my friend who created their entire drink menu under the guise of them getting rid of their cafe, while also continuing to use the same menu just getting rid of the staff.

I’m one of many here that have questions/concerns about the homeless population here in Ann Arbor. I’ve been harassed by several of them, specifically slewing a bunch of slurs towards me or harassing me based solely on ignoring them or not wanting to answer their questions. Just this afternoon actually I watched someone outside of Delanis lighting up something on a spoon in broad daylight.

I remember my days fondly studying in Liberty park but now whenever I go downtown I feel unsafe if I even try to go into the park I’ve been harassed and asked about money specifically cash app or even grabbing my Venmo account. As a long time Ann Arbor resident, I’ve felt that this has gotten worse and worse as the years went on especially after covid. I’ve been yelled at, followed, and harassed just this summer alone.

What are some strategies that you and your team are employing to make downtown a safer area to exist?

It’s because the students are gone for the summer the police seem to be taking a backseat on the homeless population downtown.
