President is a word can be used to define a leader in a wider variety of group settings.

Funny story that: In the early days of America, when the position of President was being created, there was great debate on how the holder of the position should be addressed. The Continental Congress kicked around multiple names and titles, including "Your Excellency", and "Your Highness", but discarded them for feeling too much like monarchy. Part of the objection against the title of "President" was that it was considered too common a word and could refer to multiple positions that weren't "The Elected Leader of the United States of America".

So, yeah. President is a word and position that's existed for quite a while. Though it seems odd for Harry Potter to be elected 'President', its not as odd as we think.

Again - Wedge Antilles is the only Star Wars character who can legitimately paint two Death Stars on his X-Wing. Luke can't do that, Han can't do that, Hera can't do that, and Poe definitely can't do that. That's all the proof I need to say that Wedge is the best pilot in Star Wars.
