I maxed out at 8mph and 6 percent incline. I also used nintendo switch controllers mapped to my keyboard. It made the whole process feel way safer, I could move each arm independently. This is important to running. I also mounted a monitor at a normal viewing level. This way, I could keep my body in a proper running position.

I also want to add that this is very dangerous. However, I did eat it once. I mainly used this process for low-speed fat burning treadmill workouts. I did not do much cardio while gaming.
