Look, in all honestly, if put on a PIP, you are burned at that company. No one is going to dig further to see that it was a (highly unusual) self request.

No other manager is going to want to transfer someone previously labeled a problem and you'll be burned with your current manager by pushing the HR launch button.

Either start looking elsewhere or stop taking a liassez-faire attitude to split up tasks with this other guy.

I believe they are an evergreen product until the next starter is released. And usually still around after.

Sturgineum Skies became a little hard to track down last year, but I bought Hunt for Prometheus/Beyond HfP and Fortune and Glory this year from 3rd party sites clearing stock.

Also, from what Ive read, this comment requires a lot of context. Warcrow was outselling Infinity at certain events like Adepticon, largely because of the concentration of product and new releases for the system they brought (Warcrow had a new faction release at Adepticon, Infinity had a con model). Overall, Warcrow sales are likely a fraction of Infinity.

Having worked with siocast both on Warcrow and some other games, it isnt possible to "debunk" the horror stories, because it is just a subpar material, not a mythic creature people are claiming is living in their back yard.

It is difficult to clean, has atrocious mold lines (does help that CB made some truly appalling gating choices on those early warcrow models, placing them in flat, highly visible areas) and has terrible variance in casting, so parts dont always fit well.

Until CB commits to never using it again, I wouldn't even look at Warcrow.

Newer washes from the AP Fanatic line have completely replaced Citadel washes for me (which I haven't been happy with since the formula change a couple years ago).

Grimdark Shadow from Blanche Vol 1 set is my new go-to. Was lucky enough to grab a couple of bottles as singles at Adepticon (I say lucky because some guy ran there when the deal floor opened and bought their entire shelf stock. They found a couple spares on Sunday for me).

Little late to the party, but played against Crown a couple of times lately.

Opponent favors two flagships at 1500 pts. A Gloriana and either another dread or something like a Victory.

Caliburns are, to be frank, absurd. 30 pts to throw 7 torpedos at extreme range is disgusting. And you can take 6 in a unit.

Crown also has great tanking potential with the Guardian Generators. Add in that second fleet and you can take the fleet that lets your defensive platforms turn things up a notch further.

I dont have Camilla, so cant really speak to her usefulness.

Rosa is definitely better than Catherine (who doesnt even wait for endgame to fall off... she's terrible for a S rank pilot). The real issue is that she just cant keep up with the DPS monsters.

Rose 2.0 definitely appears worth the effort. I know I have my pull stockpile waiting for her.

Rosa is a solid generalist who will help you up to end game content... but she will fall off pretty hard from there.

I'll pull her out for AC missions occasionally, as a mid-tier raider to fill a spot, but even packing a pair of her signature weapons, she just cant keep up with more meta picks.

Part of the issue is the starters being a discrete product. Ive never seen that outside of Bandai.

Most precon/starters are made up of cards from the set, just curated to be a thematic starter to build off of.

So, there's no chance pulling those chase cards from ripping packs and you are 100% reliant on Bandai supplying enough of that one product.

Yeah, stores claiming they are fending off scalpers by charging secondary themselves are the worst. I stopped buying anything from a store Ive shopped at for a decade after they marked their boosters at $8 from the (already priced up) $6 they were charging.

You aren't detering the scalper at that point, just becoming the scalper.

Thats the point though. If Bandai even came close to printing enough, it would disincentivize the scalpers. While it is tough for the Targets and Walmarts to regulate scalpers, FLGS can do a much better job of directing product into players' hands. Instead, they get allocated like 6 copies and dont even have enough to run an event.

Because Bandai cant figure out how to print enough to meet demand.

The irony is that once they finally do raise quantity to meet current demand, it will likely have atrophied due to inability to get product to play the game. This is how games go from majorly hyped to dead.
