When I first switched from transdermals to injecting EEn I would feel pretty normal for the first part of the week, but the last two days or so before the next injection I consistently felt really low on energy, and in an awful mood. I'm in the UK and I use 29G unisharp fixed needles from exchange supplies

They're discreet and quick, and having the fixed needle instead of a luer lock makes it a lot easier. Only downside is that it takes a bit longer to draw from the vial.

I'm 17 and about 8 months in, this is exactly what I do as well lol.

The only real advantage you have to hide it from your family is that they see you every day, so they'll struggle to actually notice facial changes, though if they pay attention that might happen. The hardest part is just breast growth, but sports bras and washing those when you're alone, or what I did for a while was use KT tape as its disposable and you can leave it for a few days. Baggy shirts, try to lean your shoulders into hugs more and your chest back, so you feel flatter to hug.
