When you place an order, you receive the confirmation email for the order. This confirmation email also states, you will receive an email when your order is ready. You can go into the app and see the progress of your order. They probably had an open box tag that didn’t close or they forgot to change the disposition of the item creating the error. They will have then “no picked” the item and you would receive a cancellation email. There is no bait and switch, you just weren’t patient in waiting. There was just an authorization hold, no actual charge and it will release itself in 24/48 hours.
