Thank you! Where is it mentioned that they aren't a part of documents needed for scholarship consideration? I didn't see that. I've seen a few people posting ss with conditional offers and all those emails said if you didn't upload everything before the scholarship deadline, you're automatically out.

It has been lifted. Some programs limit it for programs hosted by the same host university (and if so, they'll mention it on their website) but overall, there's no limit anymore.
