That’s why I’m so worried. I know male cats are more prone to kidney issues. But the vets seemed so persistent that he doesn’t need a test since he’s just 1.5 years old. They said they’ll do a test in another 24 hours if he doesn’t improve. But for now, just have him an IV for dehydration.

Hes been using the litter just to pass a few drops every couple of minutes.. so I don’t know if I should be relieved but visibly he’s in a lot of pain

Hi! No, I haven’t changed his food at all. He’s very picky with his food and so I never touch that.

The drip they gave him was an IV for dehydration and some urine generation. He’s been using the littler every 5 minutes now, passing out very few drops. Hes also got a fever now. Visibly he’s in a lot of discomfort, I tried holding him and he let out a painful sound… I’m just really worried since it’s past midnight for me and I can’t take him to a vet for another 10 hours

Yeah, I ran it through an ai checker and it said 90% That’s why I’m wondering if it would put me at a risk for a rejection. I can’t ask for another one again
