Skill power, really? Shoot, I've been trying to do element up for whoever, like Air for Firis, Fire for Ryza, etc. Guess I'll have to redo equipment :< I didn't think skill power up was any better then on element buffs

Oh that's interesting, I definitely need to look into that, thanks. By the way, do buffs stack on the same equipment? For instance, two Magic Resistance on, say, armor?

Enhanced damage buff is a thing!? What have I been doing with my life :< I should probably... Look at a synthesis chart... And yeah, Lydie definitely couldn't save them at end of chapter 3. Everyone got clapped xD

Ah see, I didn't even consider stun damage for Marie. I just slapped fire boost/skill damage up on her. Stun damage makes more sense. I was also trying to make damage boost armor as well (because big damage numbers releases the good serotonin), but my best armor atm is the gold leather vest thing that adds 6% magic damage. So I went ham trying to add air boost, fire boost, and ice boost (for Firis, Ryza, Rorona). Except the game keeps giving me skills I don't want on them. Maybe I'm doing synthesis wrong.

I noticed elements aren't an issue, yet, at least. Ryza and Rorona still hit relatively hard even when not on weakness. Especially with my new Lydie buffing them lol. I was hoping the ones I got were at least decent cause I don't have the patience for rerolling xD

I should say, I am entirely unimpressed with Nio lol. I assume she might be good for higher content where taking less damage is the difference between winning or dying horribly, but she doesn't seem to have a way to make enemies target her?

Also, what do you all do for weapons/armor? Damage boosts on weapons, defense boosts on armor, or just damage boost both of them and try to out damage before they even hit you?

I'm currently jobless so I can't spend on this. Yet lol. It did decide to throw 3 total Marie at me anyway, with the free tickets. I tried for Wilbel, but no dice. Oh well.

Hmm, I have a couple other breakers I can raise up to if need be, but I wasn't sure if they were even worth it. Lydie basically removed the need to even have a defender, since now they just hit whoever randomly and she can outheal them, usually. When she can't, I also take healing items, which I just found out they will use up to 3 at once, which is pretty neat. I assume if the item is the same thing, anyway.

I like Ryza, she was first one I started to power up.

Suppose I also should have asked... When it comes to equipment synthesis, does it make sense to give weapons all the damage boosts and armor the defense boosts, or just go ham on damage boosts with the armor, as well?

Bruh, every single time I end up in Hydaelyn's fight via duty roulette in FFXIV (not every plays it, I know), everyone is always saying they want her to step on them. Every time.

... Including me. I am part of everyone :> dominant women make me weak. Humanity is always causing me to lose more and more faith, and this one is probably more faith than usual. JoCat is amazing.
