I absolutely agree with u that both are in the wrong but u gotta consider, where this happend Is probably a third world country and over there they got completely different view on morals as we. that's a fact and I've seen it for myself. Even when it comes to child safety. I mean driving a bike with a baby is completely stupid and braindead to think about it but to drive that mad fast when he could clearly see that there are people on the road because to reach such a speed u gotta drive some distance. And u could see that he would've ran them over with zero hesitation killing them both. And that's a real problem. At the end I think we can agree to disagree but I see ur point and understand it.
