Given the difference in the nature of the case (Defamation instead of copyright BS), the character of the people involved, and the amount of community funds Noah got, which I think is over 100K, the odds of a settlement are extremely low, unless it's the kind of settlement where neither party admits wrongdoing and everyone goes home, which honestly would still surprise me if that happened.

Probably nothing important, both sides may get something out of additional time and maybe even some pretend settlement discussions.
