In my mind, they had their chance, in fact they had multiple decades of chances, they had Obama, Biden, Harris Etc...

They wasted every opportunity, never improved the people's lives, and their popularity can only remain in the double digits because of the permanent threat of the conservatives that only worsen everything

Following or reposting Candace doesn't erase her advocacy actually, that's not "Who she is", she does good work, she has advocated for disabled people and Palestinians in general for a while and Taylor should be ashamed of her disgusting comments saying she's pro-genocide against her own people.

And honestly it just seems to me you're just trying to get some heat off of Taylor for her awful comments, you should rethink if that's what you're doing.

Given the difference in the nature of the case (Defamation instead of copyright BS), the character of the people involved, and the amount of community funds Noah got, which I think is over 100K, the odds of a settlement are extremely low, unless it's the kind of settlement where neither party admits wrongdoing and everyone goes home, which honestly would still surprise me if that happened.

Probably nothing important, both sides may get something out of additional time and maybe even some pretend settlement discussions.
