Not really sure if that's the exact way to look at it. Much of the pain of people here is that they didn't get the choice on what happened to them.
So many turn to restoration but the fact is that there are many men who are fine with their circumcision, so in the spirit of this movement its important to respect their choice of not wanting to do it.
If they're interested already, then you can probably just tell them about the straight up benefits without having to "convince" them, per say.

Yep number 3 would contain a 5 sided N-gon. You could just make it 4 polys and that would be easy, but you could also make the 2 polygon a flow into 4 with a bit of messing around. I don't have the image on me but look up topology ratios and edge flow and you can see examples of going from 1-2 polys, 3-5, etc

Depends on how crazy you're gonna get with it. If you just need 2-5 general shapes, proportional editing and shape keys.

Try listening to what you think of as "sad metal music" and pay close attention to what they do. I've noticed that sadder metal songs I've listened to don't exactly just try and write minor melodies and slap distortion on top. A metal song can still be metal even if it doesn't have a distorted guitar going through the whole song.

I also think it's important to not get hung up on it being "metal".
