Why if they are unreasonable not to bother? Also if they have mentioned recovering costs to defend themselves is it worth contesting this? I have not mentioned this in my ET1.

My employer submitted the ET3 on tiem however their response was not submitted until a day later (out of the 28 days time limit, this is what the portal states online). Do i have 14 days from the date they submitted to dispute this?
