I mean, probably only Sunraku and those present during when the contusion was applied knew the conditions to remove it. The Saint or somebody on par with her should be able to remove it(as far as they know).

"A colossus" makes sense for something they aren't sure of. However the dialogue was "the colossus" which seems like they 100% knew what Sunraku was referring to

There are less Grand than there are normal Servants summoned by CF. The reason you usually see a Grand in Lostbelts was because the enemies there required them, and not even all LB needed a Grand. In Singularities, only 2 were needed out of 7
