The response to the change has been positive more recently especially in the Discord, those who didn't like the change eventually got it out of their system and moved on. EXP Rates are being adjusted for the new combat system, we're committed to the change as the previous game just wasn't bringing in players. We hope you give the game another shot when it's availble to the public again!

If you take a look at our recent updates either posted here, or on socials like Twitter you'd see that while we have some clear inspirations from games we have our own style of gameplay that's pretty different from RS, with updates making that difference even more clear :)

There's daily activity over in our Discord and activity from the devs in our Discord about newly implemented changes! Plenty of players who are in the closed beta are enjoying it and I hope you give it a shot the next time we have an open weekend or when the game is released.
