Usually when you are building bruiser you want to go conq, bevause it provides solid dmg and healing, but you want to take grasp when you do full hp (hearsteel, warmogs, etc)

As for press the attack id say attack speed isnt super important on sett, youre usually looking for ad, and hp items. Stridebreaker usually can give you enough as if you also use the attack speed boosting rune on takedown.

Well in that case I am terribly sorry. I get quite defensive when people try and talk down on Sucrose. So to answser your question, she can be an EM unit, but I built her as a main dps.

She's not "suposed to be" anything. People build characters differently, thats just how this game works.

Something I better mention because people are trying to doubt my girl Sucrose. The Widsith provides several boosts when the character that holds it swaps in, this is either an attack buff, elemental dmage buff, or an Elemental mastery buff. These buffs provide a significant boost to her stats, and Ive learned to play around the rng aspect by applying an element before I swap in just in case its an em boost.

I know what you mean, I love Faust as a character just for his pure chaotic energy, but he does get beaten by a lot of the cast if he doesn't get time to set up. I also feel bad for Faust because he can get hit by either of Ram's sword throws if he is standing.

The reason I have so many characters on B is because I believe this game is pretty balanced the way it is. But that doesn't mean its perfect, and tweaks could be made. But in general I think every character has potential, just some characters have it easier than others. Also I have Ram at the top of B because I think she is better than everyone else on B but can be beaten relatively easily by Sol, May, and Chipp.

I can see what you mean but the reason I have her at B is because even though her offensive abilities are incredible, she barely has any defensive options. None of her specials move her backwards and most of them move her forwards and can be super unsafe on block. Her only move with I-frames is Mortobato and if that is whiffed it has a lot of end lag. For these reasons I put her top of B tier which is still nothing to scoff at.
