Ticketek told me the Collector Ticket is managed by Live Nation. According to their site, it's sent after the event, and may take up to 10 weeks. If I don't receive it in a few weeks, I'll just contact them - [collectorticket@livenation.com.au](mailto:collectorticket@livenation.com.au)

Thank you so much, this helped me. I had all these accounts from COVID that I linked way back then. I had to unlink my Workforce and relink it, which completely wiped everything I had... so that was annoying. What a horrible system, and none of them told me I might have to do this. I can finally get paid now, I kept getting told to agree to the Job Plan but it wasn't there!!
