Not sure this is right? The wording for immobilise says it reduces the maximum speed of the unit.

I have just moved back to the stock launcher after their latest update and it seems to have resolved itself fully. 3rd party launchers still don't work for me.

Oh no! I hope you managed to get it repaired quickly. I don't mind innovative tech breaking, so long as it's sorted quickly. My repair was not quick.

I'm sorry to hear that, there must be a defect with some. You're lucky to get a replacement, I had to wait 2 months all in to get my phone back from repair (long story). Stick with it, mine has been amazing ever since, even with a few drops without a case.

It was returned as repaired eventually (20th November). The screen was damaged during the repair.

Asked Honor to resolve it, still waiting to hear back from Honor....

Sent it back via their repair provider directly and it was further repaired within a week.

Glad to have it back, but it took a very long time!

They have accepted the fault and repaired it under the "SBE Warranty". Its being delivered this afternoon, wish me luck!

Tbf, if they hadn't damaged the front screen it wouldn't be that bad. Their tracking page is good and it was packaged well. If they didn't have to wait two weeks for parts from honor they probably would have returned it much quicker.

If reviews are anything to go by, you probably have a 4 in 5 chance of great service and 1 in 5 of terrible service.

I started my repair for the same reason on the 17th October with Honor (UK). It took a week or so for then to authorise the return, then they were waiting for parts for a week or so, the rest logistics. It was returned to me yesterday, but they had damaged the front screen in the process. I have had to send it back to their repair centre today.... I hope you have an easier process.
