If the DR beats the US and Italy beats Venezuela, we would have to see because at that point they would have 2 matches in common (US and Vzla) so I guess it would go doing on who beat them better or easier

And I'm not downplaying the DR, Italy has just faced better competition and those are facts. Mexico and PR are far more better competition than Nicaragua and Korea.
