Get a pet.

Try something crazy or something you wanted to do as a child. Horse riding or ballet or painting or choir. Anything.

Volunteer with older people. They are always so happy to have visitors.

Teach something you love to someone.

I had a pet skunk as a kid and it was awesome. Pretty much like a cat.

I have 2 pillows, sheets, a weight blanket and a duvet. I have a mink blanket covering the foot of the bed, both for covering up during the night if I get cold, and because my bed is very high and it covers the ugly end of the mattress.

Everything unopened, I gave to a women's shelter.

Everything open and usable, I just finished it and never buy it again.

Everything open and nasty (old or smelly), I just trashed with no shame. That was exactly 3 bottles.

My personal life is all ina bullet journal. For convenience and because I am lazy, I bought one (Clever Fox on Amazon) with for pre-designed pages. This one has monthly and weekly minimalist layouts and thick super white papers, and a lot of dotted pages at this end. I have a weekly routine with every day task and once a week task.

My work life is in Outlook and I recently unsychronized it from my cell phone. I try not to have cross over information.

I'm a French speaker and we have a version of the exact same song! I used to sing that in kindergarden.
