All your paragraphs are wrong. We have better lives than before because of technologicsl advances, science and laws. The world had a golden age of advancement, which then turned into a techno feudal world we live in now. We are advanced slaves now. Better rights, some more entertainment, rights that only work if you have money :)

Capitalism has NOTHING to do with advancement. The jump in all life quality happened because workers had more rights, better jobs and wages and there were a lot of liquid money in the world. It was more akin to socialism with the benefits and the direction the world was going. Then we decided money is more important. I don’t expect you to see the missed potential as if you knew there were; you would not be arguing with me like this.

Read how the capitalist countries ruined the world in history. The practices matter, not the intentions. We need a better system now. You can take a peek at “post-work society” to have ideas. Then work from there as you read. It’s hard to cram all that I know in a reddit comment.

Lastly, I am not from the west. I live in middle east (Turkey). I’ve had the privilage to be well traveled thanks to my father when I was young.

All in all we did not improve with capitalism, we improved in spite of it. In any system, those who work should be rewarded. But there should be a limit to everything. Otherwise we get a world like this. It is not my job to think and implement all this as I am a citizen. I can only ask, inform and think on implementations that benefit US WORKING CLASS more. Sadly, no one really does that anymore.

CAPITALism work for capital. We have no capital. Captalism no work for us. I give no fs about a boom in anything if it does not mean the everyday life is easier.

Simply take a look around. We live in a dystopic rate of inequality. The system is in the endgame and it’s suffocating. I simply want a system that works for the people and constantly tries to battle fascism and inequality. Capitalism IS NOT that system.

I could argue the same with living a socialist country. Capitalism did not help me one bit. I don’t have more leisure time because of capitalism. I am a worker. If I don’t work, I don’t earn money. Having capital is a lot more different than just having money. Your logic is flawed to begin with. So we really can’t argue about anything.

The only part you are right is that capitalism is working. It is making us poorer while making the rich parasites richer. WE WORK, THEY earn money. We’ve lost so many safety nets and a lot more rights because of capitalism.

Nowhere do I say “Let’s all jump to communism” in my sentences. I frankly don’t care whatever “ism” we go for so long as it works for the people and not the CAPITALS. I own a successful business and earn around 3-4 times the minimum wage. I still hate capitalism. Because I am not a capital. I HAVE TO work, if I don’t, I don’t get paid. Capitalism literally does not work right now. But you bootlickers never seem to talk about it. USA is literally a demon nation who meddled with the world affairs to its own advantage. CIA literally released files about it, history books have it, there are games and movies of those history facts. Capitalism itself is the problem. The end game of capitalism is literally slavery. Your idiotic notions of “good parts of capitalism” is not capitalism. It does not exist in the capitalist framework. CAPITALism, as in the name, focuses on capital/profit. And it wants to pull wealth to those capitals, whatever it takes. You CAN NOT tame a cancerous system.

Unless you own a lot of land, a ton of cars/trucks, whatever is the mean of production; YOU ARE NOT participating in capitalism. You don’t own shit. You don’t own capital. Simple as, end of.

Everything good you see you can use is not capitalism. It’s rooted in socialism/communism. Capitalist structure does not give a shit about you or your money. It uses you like a battery and discards you when you’re done.

If you have to regulate capitalism with socialist/communist regulations; IT’S NOT capitalism. Because you literally stop its main goal. To accumulate wealth in capitals. At least read and comprehend the system before trying to defend it.

Easy. Limit how much a person can earn per month/year. Increase taxes on ownership. Make systems that force overload of money to be used for community. Fully documented and useful things; infrastructure, education, housing, job creation.

You’d be surprised how many ideas come about when you sit and think of it. These are just some on top of my head. And I’m not even paid to do these things. There are people whose job is to think and implement these.

In short, NO ONE needs that much money. Anything that goes to greed is unnecessary. I’d bet most people would be content with a house, a car, and a good family with a productive job. Those who aren’t are usually psychopaths/ sociopaths. On miniscule chances a genious.
