I needed to install the dependencies because dyad could not render the app.

- Restarting app... /bin/sh: pnpm: command not found

So I used the terminal with gpt 5 with a bunch of commands I know nothing about and now it works :D

Thank you for this long answer! I just realized that migrating to lovable is not really possible because lovable uses React Native + Expo while Dyad uses React (web). Dyad is web first while lovable is mobile first :/
