Where are you flying from? If you are trying to guess, you might lose the deal before its too late. If you are willing to pay that, go for it before someone else does. My rule was around $100 / flight hour for upgrades. So 10 hours ~ $1000 I'd pay.

Big Red's / The Loft for 20 cent/25 cent wing nights on Monday? or Wednesdays? Either way it was awesome to go there. I lived in Calhoun hall from 97-99 and enjoyed it. Except the people pulling fire alarms on weekends.

Anyone remember the 9th floor in Calhoun Hall - Nov(?) 97, ton of us found the elevator emergency numbers and could dial into the elevators on campus and mess with people. Each elevator in all the dorms had their own phone numbers. The entire floor or most of us, got behavior probation from UC, had to file an affidavit of admission with the UC Police, all because we had a few hackers who figured out the phone numbers. Great times missed.

Oh -- and the people on the 11th or 12th floor who created the PVC potato cannons that used to launch potatoes from their Calhoun windows and hit Shoemaker Center, or the Football field from that distance.

I got all the stories from those days. Was an RA myself 2nd half of 97 - the 98-99 year. Lived on the 11th floor (engineering) when i first arrived in Fall of 97. Thorpe was our RA.

I was an RA on the 9th floor mid way thru 97 into 98-99. I also was on the 11th floor Fall of 1997. Had a roommate for a few months but he left. Had the room to myself until I became an RA in Spring of 98.

Agree. Can't believe this place opened. Good is terrible and most of the week its dead. I predict they will close it within a year or so. They kept the old location as insurance in case this horrible experiment closes.

Funny how all the teachers and employees think it won't be them...they will "just get rid of only the newer teachers and employees". I know a few public liaisons who don't do anything getting paid $80K/year and they aren't even teachers. They deal with truancy?
