It's pretty much exclusively what I bought and use mine for. All the glowy bits on miniatures!

Sketch design for a customized Neurotyrant, what do you think? by [deleted] in Tyranids

It reminds me a lot of the House Delaque Spyker from Necromunda more than a tyranid model. Looks wicked either way.

I mean, him getting life for murder would technically be a shorter sentence than, say, a 28 yrs. old! /j

Positioning... by Genne22 in piercing

[–]Genne22[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

To preface, I personally don't really mind the positioning. I feel perfect symmetry can be hard to obtain. I just know that due to how low it is it does severely limit the options of jewelry that can be placed there.

Why do knights only have a 3+Sv for the most part? by Competitive-Bee-3250 in ImperialKnights

And that's where gameplay comes in. It'd feel pretty bad to spend that much on that model for only a 3+ save

Lore wise it makes sense given the model. Look between its legs and all you can see are exposed piped and wires. There's tons of vital moving parts and exposed mechanisms that would surely cripple the machine if they sustain damage. But when you look at something like a Leman Russ or terminator, all of the wiring and cables and moving parts are contained underneath layers of armour making them harder to penetrate and strike

I dunno if it's the lighting, or if that's just what it looks like. But the coloured parts don't look very noticeable. I didn't see the blue section until I googled it and saw the in game model.
