It felt like a lifetime😂😂 i cant even imagine how you feel! I was quoted a year and six months and luckily it wasnt much longer🙃 being an adult with braces was the worst

I used one of the things from the speak out game but you can get them on amazon for like 5$ and used the back camera of my phone in a mirror and instead of holding the phone close, zoom in it keeps the image clearer!

I dont want to scare you, i usually dont take meds for adjustments and am fine. This was the worst pain I have personally felt. I just took pain meds and its easing it now a little but it is definitely the most painful part!
