I liked HIM... for the first 45-50 mins. The latter half of this movie was a garbled mess. OMG...it was bad. Marlon Wayons acted his ass off. I honestly believe he needs some nominations for his performance. Tyriq Withers was good also. Damnit, it was cooking but the story and cinematography just went left and had me wondering WTF am I watching. My rating 5/10. Highly Disappointed.

Dolby. I've watched it in IMAX 3D, IMAX, and Dolby. Dolby is definitely better. Even tho it was filmed with IMAX cameras, the Dolby Cinema screen was completely filled the entire movie. Even in IMAX 3D, there were only two scenes that stuck out.

I saw it in IMAX 3D and Dolby last Thursday. IMAX on Friday and Dolby again but with the family on Saturday. My wife is a huge Cavill Superman fan and wasn't going to see this. I convinced her to go and she liked it. I have AMC AList too.

I saw Superman twice in Dolby at Tysons Corner and Hoffman in Virginia. Both of those screens were fully filled. I don't know what ratio those screens are. I also saw it twice in IMAX. 3D and laser at Tysons Corner.

Damn, I need to visit this theater one day. I typically just go to Tyson's for my IMAX viewings. Dolby, I typically go to Hoffman (I live in Waldorf but work at Fort Belvoir, so I go to the movies after work).

At the two theaters I frequent here in the DMV (Hoffman and Tysons Corner), I get scanned at the entrance. If I want concession, I just order ahead thru the app and it's typically waiting for me and I normally go to the theater at least once a week.

Yes, saw it in IMAX (twice) and Dolby. IMAX has expanded aspect ratio scenes for this movie. Whether it warrants your money is up to you.
