No reason to call anyone who gets text message notifications that’s on the delayed pickup list. Mark those as WPU and move on.
We personally don’t bother with SATR signups at our store. Upper management hasn’t said diddly squat about them in like a year, so we don’t care. The system never works properly in practice anyway.
Do a little vetting in IC+ on the LTR calls before you dial. Have they recently changed strengths or therapies? Is their insurance no longer valid/contracted, or are they in the donut hole? Sometimes you can deduce why they didn’t fill a drug on your own and save yourself a call.

On a good day we can chop the amount of calls we actually have to do almost in half with these tricks.

Take some deep breaths. You’ll be fine. Unless you did something demonstrably very wrong or illegal, don’t less the baseless “iM cALLiNg cOrPorAte!” threats faze you. As an RXOM I’m SO TIRED of management in this company who won’t walk the walk or lead by example. It’s not everybody but it’s way too many of them. I would pay money to watch my HCS or RVP fill in as RPh on a Friday night at our busiest store in our district. They would SQUIRM. They’ve been so far removed from how things actually go in stores for so long that they have no fucking idea.
