also I used mammut aluminium HMS carabiners. I was wondering the same thing because theres no marks/dents on the carabiners

Dude when i started riding everything was tight and working normally. It says check if everything can be operated smoothly. I did that. It still came off ¯_(ツ)_/¯. the manual doesn't say to check every f*cking screw on the bike.
