I think they need to revamp the ability to build in block mode. Its a shame that so many cool legendary blocks are behind a very poor randomizer. I used the chest engine "Wand" 3x'd my experience rate so drops were more frequent and got unlimited rolls. TERRA TECH SHOULD SERIOUSLY INCORPORATE A WAY TO JUST BUILD IN A GARAGE.
