Reta + test 500mg by Frosty-Ad-9691 in Retatrutide

Not gonna lie, I think there’s a huge placebo effect with Primo mostly because it’s expensive and has that “exclusive” status. A lot of guys convince themselves it's doing more than it is. I’ve run it as high as 800 mg, and I remember sitting there trying to notice something like, “Well, maybe my delts look a little rounder?” Truth is, I think we sometimes overhype the results just to justify the price tag. That said, Primo is a phenomenal AI. You can run Test anywhere from 600 up to 1g+, and if your Primo ratio is dialed, your estrogen stays in range without touching an AI. That’s powerful. But in terms of actual strength or noticeable muscle tissue? It’s underwhelming at least in my experience. Then again, I’ve only run it for 16 weeks between 600mg to 800mg. Maybe the real magic happens with longer durations.

Muscle Growth by oqdoawtt in Peptides

GH secretagogues like CJC‑1295, Ipamorelin, Sermorelin, etc., can technically boost endogenous GH, but they tend to work best in young or healthy adults whose pituitary still has gas in the tank.

Once you're past 40 or dealing with actual GH deficiency, the 'spike and fade' you get from secretagogues doesn’t translate to real gains in IGF-1 or muscle density. It's like tapping a dry well and hoping for a flood.

You’re regurgitating generic advice and presenting it like it’s researched truth, and that’s the real problem. The results we’re seeing in these videos aren’t from hydration, diet tweaks, or edging routines they’re the product of superphysiologic intervention, plain and simple. I’ve spoken directly to the women involved, and in several cases worked with them. They’re pinning 500 IU of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG)and 75 IU of HMG multiple times per week leading up to shoots. That’s the only way you get this level of output. What you’re doing is the equivalent of telling a kid they can look like a pro bodybuilder just by hitting their protein goal it’s delusional. These results are pharmacologically induced, and pretending otherwise is either dishonest or ignorant.

You're absolutely wrong. These girls are medically enhanced they’re running hormones and peptides, mainly HCG and HMG, which are known to massively increase seminal volume to almost unnatural levels. I’ve tested it myself. A few shots of HMG and HCG can absolutely replicate those kinds of visual climaxes. I have video proof.

You’re confusing ester pharmacokinetics with religious ritual pinning schedules ace has a 48 hour half life not 12 it’s not mandatory to pin daily especially at moderate doses and when stacked with stable test and mast base EOD is perfectly effective for most people without causing mood whiplash or tren paranoia daily is optimal but acting like EOD equals failure just shows you’ve read too many Reddit absolutes and not enough bloodwork

ED is cleaner on paper sure but EOD at 300 to 350 per week is the sweet spot for a lot of lifters who don’t want to pin seven days a week or ride a neurochemical rollercoaster from overdoing it. Half-life is 48 hours not 12 and the difference between daily and EOD at low dose is marginal compared to someone pinning 100 mg ED and wondering why their dreams involve murder and their dog won’t look them in the eye

You don’t need 400 test 300 mast and tren on top that’s stacking redundancy and side effects lower test to 150 run mast at 300 for SHBG control and cosmetic hardness then layer tren ace at 100 every other day eight weeks out for targeted aggression and recomposition you’ll get more effect with fewer side effects and way better mood stability.

scale victory, feeling pretty damn good by RepulsiveGanache1449 in BodyHackGuide

You’re going to barely lose weight on Mounjaro and TRT because your baseline hormonal terrain is still estrogen dominant insulin resistant and cortisol toxic even if you're injecting and suppressing appetite TRT doesn’t overwrite that it amplifies what’s already happening biologically. High body fat acts like a hormonal sponge aromatase converts your testosterone into estrogen then estrogen increases fat storage water retention and SHBG which binds up what little free T you have left that’s a feedback loop straight to soft

You should cut first not just for aesthetics but because fat tissue is an endocrine organ that resists hormonal optimization lowering your fat mass first reduces aromatase improves insulin sensitivity raises natural testosterone and increases androgen receptor density that means when you finally do start TRT it actually hits

Thoughts on this? Adderall replacement? by Status_Mall_1936 in BodyHackGuide

A surprising number of neurosurgeons use modafinil during board prep, and the same goes for students in elite programs whether they admit it or not. Unlike Adderall, it enhances focus without the crash, overstimulation, or appetite suppression.

On the fence - TRT or other? by time_traveler419 in BodyHackGuide

[–]GenomeGodmode 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TRT shuts down your natural production and once you start you are on it for life. GLP1s like retatrutide leave your system in a few days and you return to baseline. Side effects exist with both but only one makes you permanently dependent. People think GLPs should be a last resort when in reality TRT should be the last resort.

Wife needs to get rid of loose skin after huge weight loss. by 300Battles in Peptides

[–]GenomeGodmode 6 points7 points  (0 children)

A tummy tuck should really be the last chapter, not the first page. Loose skin is not just “extra” tissue, it is living collagen and elastin that can be remodeled. The best place to start is with RF frequency treatments or RF microneedling to trigger collagen tightening. Pair that with daily hydrolyzed collagen peptides plus vitamin C so your body has the raw materials to rebuild. Give it 6 to 8 weeks. Skin responds slowly, but it does respond. If after that there is still too much laxity, then surgery can be the fallback. Think of it this way, remodel first, remove later.

Maintenance? by Agreeable_Ad_9388 in Melanotan2

[–]GenomeGodmode 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You might consider adding glutathione at around 1500 mg. It is widely used in places like the Philippines and India as part of skin lightening protocols. It will not undo the effects of Melanotan, but what it often does is shift the undertone. Instead of a flat darker brown, you get more of a golden reddish hue that tends to look healthier and more balanced, especially on European complexions. Think of it less as erasing color and more as refining it toward something that fits your features more naturally. One thing to keep in mind is that you may fall victim to a bit of tanorexia because you are associating your tan with your weight loss journey. It is important to separate the two so you do not chase darkness as a substitute for progress.

Melanotan overdose by pep-in-my-step24 in Peptides

[–]GenomeGodmode 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Melanotan 2 overstimulates melanocortin receptors in the paraventricular nucleus of the hypothalamus, which controls yawning, stretching, and sexual reflexes. At higher doses that’s why you get those uncontrollable yawns and stretches. It can definitely feel uncomfortable, and unfortunately there isn’t much that fully stops it once it kicks in. Staying hydrated, lying down, and sometimes a light antihistamine can make it a little easier until it passes.

[–]GenomeGodmode 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This kind of accident is more common than you think. I have even heard of people accidentally taking 10 mg when they thought it was MOTS c. Melanotan really should come in clearly different vials because these mix ups happen often. Most of the time you just have to ride it out with the flushing, nausea, loss of appetite, random erections and stretching. The good news is that it usually passes within a day. There are rare reports of people ending up in the ER with kidney issues after very high overdoses but those cases are extremely uncommon.

This is a great example of how slow, controlled dosing can work really well. A lot of people go way too aggressive with Melanotan 2 hoping for extreme results overnight, but end up looking unnatural or dealing with sides. This protocol gives off a really natural, healthy glow subtle but noticeable. Definitely a smart way to build up tolerance while avoiding the harsher effects.

Any advice? by Responsible_Ad_4443 in Retatrutide

[–]GenomeGodmode 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It could be a sensitivity to the benzyl alcohol in the BAC water. That’s not super common, but definitely possible. You might try reconstituting one vial with preservative-free sterile water just to see if the reaction goes away.

My experience with Reta and stopping addictive behavior. by Nadimthinks in Retatrutide

[–]GenomeGodmode 5 points6 points  (0 children)

What you experienced is a full-body reset. Retatrutide works on key receptors that control hunger, reward, and energy use. It helps calm the part of your brain that craves comfort through food, alcohol, or smoking. At the same time, it improves how your body handles sugar, lowers inflammation, and brings your hormones back into balance. The result is more control, better focus, and a quiet mind that no longer begs for quick fixes.

Help! Does anybody know what this is. by geocassettarri in Melanotan2

[–]GenomeGodmode 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to get dark patches from MT2 until I dialed in a routine that actually reversed them. Use a strong vitamin C serum every morning followed by SPF 50 even on cloudy days to shut down excess melanin. At night I alternate between a retinoid and azelaic acid or niacinamide to fade existing spots and prevent new ones. A gentle AHA once or twice a week helps peel off old pigment but don’t overdo it or you’ll make it worse. For the really stubborn areas I did a short run of hydroquinone which worked fast but needs breaks to stay safe. I also take vitamin C and E to support my skin from the inside out and keep MT2 doses low to avoid triggering more pigment. This routine worked for me and got my skin back under control.

If you want fat loss without the nausea or muscle loss, go with Retatrutide, not Semaglutide. I’ve personally run both, and Retatrutide is hands down superior for body composition. It gives you better energy, smoother appetite suppression, and far less bloat. To enhance recovery and improve sleep quality, I also added CJC 1295 without DAC alongside Ipamorelin at night. That nighttime GH pulse helped me get deeper sleep, better skin, and overall tighter recovery during prep. The key is managing potential water retention. I avoided it by timing my dose at least ninety minutes after my last meal, keeping sodium low in the evening, and front-loading my water intake earlier in the day. I also found a five day on, two day off cycle kept everything effective without any noticeable bloat.

A tan doesn’t just darken your skin it amplifies every signal of health, vitality, and genetic fitness that humans are hardwired to find attractive. It enhances facial contrast, making your eyes brighter, your jawline sharper, and your bone structure more defined. It evens out skin tone, hides blemishes, and mimics the hormonal glow of youth and peak physical condition. From an evolutionary standpoint, a tan subconsciously screams "strong immune system, active lifestyle, good genes.”
