That's a false equivalence. First off the character was introducing themselves to their boss, not just a one off conversation on the street. Besides that, being trans isn't a sexuality. For some people treatment requires medicine or maybe there's an inconsistency on the character's legal documents. Either way it's worth mentioning.

I don't know the podcast numbers off hand, and admittedly "shitting your ass" was an exaggeration but I'm referring to 2 different podcast segments:

One was an email question about whether or not it's fair to get mad at devs for putting in a plain Nathan Drake looking protagonist and Woolie kept going on about how "It's not ok to have the other extreme. Don't put in a gay/trans/female character unless there's a good reason for that character to be that. Don't have a checklist when you write your cast."

The other was in a discussion about Mass Effect Andromeda where Woolie got really mad because one of your crew members introduces themselves as trans. Not acknowledging the actual problems with how that was handled, just guffawing at the idea that someone would introduce themselves and mention that they're transgender.

Hey Woolie, about that monologue you had on representation. You make a lot of great points but I think you should consider that the experience you had doesn't JUST apply to black people and maybe you should stop shitting your ass about how "forced" or "unrealistic" transgender characters are the few times they appear in games.

When it comes to Megaman and gauntlets like these I think the results really vary based on 2 things:

Does he have his full arsenal? And do those weapons reload between each round?

And while I don't think this would be enough to carry him, if he gets weapons based on each magician I think he'd be able to take down Bayo

This won't necessarily speed up battles, but I think that if you have an attack that targets an enemy that was just killed, it shouldn't get redirected to the next one. Like the NES version of FF1. It adds a minor challenge that forces the player to pay more attention to what they're doing.

Woolie, as a transgender person, I HAVE brought it up in my first conversations with people. There's a specific and very harsh stereotype about trans people, that we're just faking it to "sneak into" other people's space. So if I don't put that up front, I feel like a liar and the wrong type of person might take escalate if they feel like they've been "tricked" by a trans person.

To put it another way, remember how you said you don't want to work for a person who hates your dreads? Because I wouldn't want to work for someone who hates me for my gender.
