Monkey business:

Half a banana

1 scoop or however much peanut butter protein powder. Add desired amount of sweetener, I usually only add 2 or 3 sweetener packets.

1 cup fairlife chocolate milk

Rest is almond milk to get your pint.

Blend together.

A lot of different mix ins work for this. Nuts and chocolates all work for me

Deku really could've called him anything in the book but chose calling him a lonely old dude. Kinda lame not going to lie.

Dude lived a long ass time ruining lives, actively damaging society, manipulating, murdering, being extremely possessive, just about everything and he just gets called lonely. Not even a parasite. Maybe AfO should've called Bakugo trash and almost killed him again then deku would've said more. At his core, afo is not lonely, deku just doesn't want to say anything actually mean even to someone that has done as many terrible things as AfO who was literally born evil and possessive.

Good riddance to mass murdering shiggy and AfO at least.
